A comedy following an unorthodox advertising genius and his daughter, who both work at the same firm.
Simon Roberts is the head of a powerful agency that works with some of the biggest clients in the world. His daughter Sydney, who works alongside him as his partner, is organized, eager, and out to make a name for herself - but also must devote her time to parent her dad, which she would resent if he wasn't so brilliant at work.
Together, supported by their advertising team, Simon and Sydney are out to set the advertising world on fire.

My husband and I love Robin Williams and SMG. The show is not what everyone expected, but the cast is very talented. It has comedy, drama and lessons. It might not be up to par on what most people thought "The Crazy Ones" show was suppose to be, but it's a great show and we really enjoy it. The priceless comedy with Robin Williams and the guests they have, always makes us laugh and we enjoy it very much. With all the drama and killing there is in all the other shows......a little comedy is always needed at the end of the day!

There is no way in the world I can believe someone like Robin Williams character could be the head of a company. All he does is mug for the camera and act stupid. I thought the character of Co. Henry Blake in M*A*S*H* was really unrealistic but Robin Williams take it to the Outer Limits. And not in a good way!

I am an absolutely HUGH fan of Robin Williams, but The Crazy Ones is a MAJOR disappointment. No I do not expect it to be Mork and Mindy, but The Crazy Ones has a lot of problems. It does not know if it is a sitcom or a drama, the scripts are terrible to mediocre, Sarah Michelle Geller's character is a bit annoying, in fact the show is a bit annoying, Robin Williams is sometimes underused, and in fact when his funniest work is in the outtakes, it says a lot about this show.

Awesome show. Have watched from day 1 and will continue to watch it. Would be an even better show is CBS cast Pam Dawber to play Sydney's mom.

I "used" to be a huge SMG fan, Loved Ringer and still mad that got canceled. So I was excited when I found out she was coming to another show, I watched 3 episodes and I was bored. The plot is stupid, the characters are stupid, and it's NOT funny. It's just going to be another 1 season show for her. She hasn't done any thing great since Buffy. Sad.

i'm really trying ti love this show but it's slow, not doing anything for me. out of robin williams i expect huge comedy and i'm not getting it. sorry
