A comedy following an unorthodox advertising genius and his daughter, who both work at the same firm.

Simon Roberts is the head of a powerful agency that works with some of the biggest clients in the world. His daughter Sydney, who works alongside him as his partner, is organized, eager, and out to make a name for herself - but also must devote her time to parent her dad, which she would resent if he wasn't so brilliant at work.

Together, supported by their advertising team, Simon and Sydney are out to set the advertising world on fire.

A harmless comedy with lovable characters. I watched the complete season and thought a second season was expected considering the cast's talent.

This show had higher ratings than The Michael J. Fox Show, much much much higher, yet they illogically cancelled it, doesn't make sense, this cancellation helped greatly in the depression of Robin, he liked working on The Crazy Ones, he said it was close to home and much better than working on a movie. After the cancellation he was desperate for money so he signed on to do Mrs. Doubtfire 2, a movie he told his friend and neighbor he didn't want to do, he really didn't want to do.

You're wrong Tirebiter, Williams needed the cash, that's why he did it in the first place. It's cancellation reportedly devastated him. He might still be alive if it had been renewed. Sad.

I was pretty certain that the cancellation of The Crazy Ones was less about poor ratings (which didn't seem to be the case) and more about Williams not wanting to continue with the show. I also suspected that his mental (and possibly physical) health was part of the reason(s).

Too much plot and too many characters and not enough Robin Williams doing Improv. I liked the old format of Mork and Mindy, where the focus was on Robin Williams doing improvisation and character and plot wewe pushed in the background.

I agree with Joseph. Joseph. Show never gained traction, and no was chemistry between the actors. I could never get through a whole episode. I thought it was terrible and pointless.

This show never gained any traction. The title was
the kiss of death, and the show had zero chemistry
among the leads. Watched the first few episodes and said no thanks. Too bad for Robin Williams, he really
needed to earn some $$$ for his divorce settlements.
Sad to see a legend fade away...
