A drama following a medical examiner who is immortal.
Doctor Henry Morgan is a star New York medical examiner with a secret. He not only studies dead bodies to help solve criminal cases, but is also trying to get to the bottom of his unexplained immortality. It is a mystery that has eluded him for 200 years.
During his long life, Henry has gained acute observational skills which have allowed him to rise to the top of his profession. Nobody knows his secret except for his best friend and confidant, Abe.

I knew this would be cancelled, every time I find a show I like it gets thrown in the bin. But rubbish like reality shows and other such carry on season after season. Really considering getting rid of my cable service and not bothering anymore, I hope ABC goes bankrupt.

I really liked this show. One of only two shows I would watch on ABC. I guess I am down two one. They should try a different day, time, or play it in the off season when nothing good is on.

I have to agree with Matt. It's such a shame, too. I watched this show regularly, but it WAS opposite two other popular shows. Perhaps a reschedule might have helped. I wish there was a way other than these comment areas for people who watch to have input into the decision-making process for selection of programming.

I can't believe they cancelled this show!!! STUPID! I am sick of the junk on TV---most of which have no morals. Get a clean show and then they cancel.

I really like FOREVER, why is it that good shows with great actors get cancelled for more reality, vampire, weird or just completely stupid shows. Soon there won't be a show worth watching.

I was hoping that this show would last at least 2 maybe 3 seasons. I would like to have seen more of Adam's flashbacks dating back 2000 years to present also building up to why he may have turned out the way he did. Looks like the show was cancelled way too soon I hated to see it end.

As much as I like this show too, the petitions won't do any good. The studios make their decisions based on profitability not what people like. The more viewers, the more they can charge for advertising. Unfortunately, the most profitable demographic are also borderline morons preferring "reality" show like the Kardashians and The Bachelor.
