Marvyn Korn is a temperamental college basketball coach who, after being fired from his NCAA job, ends up taking a teaching and coaching position at an elite all-girls private high school.

He soon discovers that coaching these teenage girls requires a little more understanding than he was prepared for. In order to connect with his new players, Marvyn needs to grow into the person he's always wanted to be.
