In this reality series, a group of regular people compete in various dance challenges designed and demonstrated by the show's celebrity creators Shakira, Nick Jonas, Liza Koshy and host Camille Kostek.

The celebs perform the new dance challenges, which contestants then have to tackle themselves. Isolated in their own pods, they have a short time to learn the routines, add their unique flair, and perform it in front of a live studio audience.

As each round progresses, the creators on the judging panel provide instant feedback and choose their favorites to advance, along with audience picks. Ultimately, the studio audience decides who is named the best dancer of the night and takes home the cash prize.
