A Christmas comedy that continues 'The Santa Clause' film series.
Scott Calvin is about to turn 65 and starts to realize that he can't be Santa Claus forever. He's starting to slow down and has a family who could benefit from a life in the regular world.
With a lot of elves, children, and families relying on him, Scott sets out to find his replacement while preparing his family for a life south of the pole.

I love the whole Santa Clause Trilogy and was happy to see this show especially since Tim and Elizabeth Mitchell reprised their rolls.
However, I'm sad that Charlie was not in it. What's the point of using the same actors as Santa and Mrs. Clause if Charlie is not going to be in it? You either have the continuity or don't but don't half ass it because now Scott Calvin/Santa Clause looks like a deadbeat and abandonded his first born son.
For a while I thought Cal was Charlie with a nickname and I was upset they made Charlie into an idiot when he was a smart kid in the trilogy.
Seriously Tim... be a father to your first born! ;-)
