A dark comedy based on a real-life heist of millions of dollars worth of maple syrup.
Ruth Landry is a tough, middle-aged maple syrup farmer whose livelihood is threatened when the bureaucratic authorities threaten to take away everything she loves. Turning to crime, she teams up with a hot-tempered Bostonian mobster and a mild-mannered French-Canadian security guard to carry out a multi-million dollar heist on Quebec's maple syrup surplus.
Inspired by a real-life 2012 heist where over $18 million worth of maple syrup was stolen from Quebec's national reserves.

This show better get renewed for season 2. I will watch anything with Margo Martindale. Her role in Sticky almost resembles her character "Mags" in Justified if anyone watch that. Also love Chris D and of course having Jamie Lee Curtis in the show was a huge surprise and bonus!
