A medical drama following the staff at Miami's busiest Level 1 trauma center.
Danny Simms is a third-year medical resident who is unexpectedly promoted when Maguire Hospital's respected chief resident, Dr. Xander Phillips, is suspended.
As Danny and Phillips try to figure out where they stand, an approaching hurricane is worsening, creating an onslaught of trauma cases. Maguire goes into lockdown and the rest of the ER is left to process the fallout of Danny and Phillips' relationship. For this tight-knit group of doctors, saving patients' lives is often less complicated than living their own.

I don/t want to sound ugly but, maybe it was because there was too much Spanish being spoken in this great show. If so, shame on you

This is the most perfect example of what not to do as a Human Resource officer. Everyone of the characters are walking HR violations. The writers of this show have to be the stupidest men on earth. Awful show

I like this show great story and cast and the action is great I hope more to come
