I love a lot of medical shows but this one is the best I have ever seen. It is more graphic and very realistic compared to any other scripted medical show. They are using some really fantastic advisors and my father who worked in a hospital for 30 years can at test to its authenticity. Bravo to all of the superb actors and especially Noah Wyle for humanizing these characters. The episodes dealing with the aftermath of a mass shooting were jarring and riveting. Every teen that glorifies first-person shooter games should watch it. Short of visiting an actual ER in action, it's as real as it gets! Great show!

I love Noah Wiley. He is so freaking handsome and just ripens with age, but he is so awesome of an actor. I loved him when he was on ER, I loved him with he was on falling skies, and I love him with this show. I really think that this is an authentic TV show. Please please please renew the show.

The show is interesting, but be prepared for woke messages and comments throughout the series. Climate change will be blamed for adolescent angst, and homeless people will become “unhoused,” and there are lectures on gender sensitivity, just to name a few. If you don’t mind these little “after-school special” lectures, you’ll probably enjoy the show.
