A comedy about an author's complicated relationship with his daughter.
Greg is a best-selling author who has a complicated relationship with his daughter Katie. When Katie's husband leaves her for a graduate student, Greg visits her at the college campus where she teaches to try and help her get her life back on track.

Smart, funny, engaging, creative and digestible chunks to make it lite enough to not get bogged down in heavy complexities where they are painted into corners.
Not a surprise due to HBO'S historical awesomeness when it comes to a series. Well done, brilliant! Hopefully it recaptures the same feeling going forward. The entire cast is witty and doesn't get stale. Steve Carell possibly his best role to date.
