The announcement of Dollhouse's cancellation comes four episodes into its second season.

Fox has announced that Dollhouse has been canceled. While the announcement comes just four episodes into the season, the network will air the remaining nine episodes of the second season order.
The low-rated show received a surprise renewal last spring, but its second season continued to struggle on Friday nights, leading to its ultimate demise.
