A comedy following a stay-at-home dad using non-traditional methods to raise his kids.
Based on Justin Halpern's autobiographical book, "I Suck at Girls", this comedy set in the '90s follows Jack Dunlevy, a father putting his career on hold so that his wife can pursue a career in law.
Jack is new to this level of involvement in parenting, and has his hands full with his teenage son and daughter, who are each dealing with their own issues. But no matter the situation, Jack is always there to try and put them on the right path.

This was the FUNNIEST show I had seen in a very long time! Chris Meloni was hysterical in a comedy role. The cancelation of this show was a huge mistake on FOX's part, too bad!!

THIS AND LEAVE ALL THE OTHER GARBAGE SHOWS ON THIS CHANNEL. I am seriously pissed off, just ruined my weekend....after only five episodes this didn't even have a chance to get off the ground. I will stop watching Fox altogether if these are the decisions they keep making.

WHY? It's crazy that they throw shows around like they are just an AV club making their own movies to see which one will fly. You should stick to your guns and air the complete series and not cut them in half. SURVIVING JACK IS A GREAT SHOW! I survived the 90's and this show brings me back to my childhood. Fox blows and for as long as they have been on the air the only thing they got left is the Simpsons to keep their ship afloat. Bring back my show.

I don't understand this ridiculous decition. It was one of the best show on air, it was hillarious and the main character was excellent. This big companies like fox are turning tv into trash leaving nothing else to see but stupid shows like american idol or the voice... BRING BACK SURVIVING JACK

Really???!!! Surviving Jack was the best show on television. FOX, YOU SUCK!!!! What do you want another stupid reality show to take its place? TV sucks as it is with repeats, singing competitions with no talent contestants and washed up judges, 5-10 minute commercial breaks, and long breaks between your favorite shows, Surviving Jack was a fresh new idea. Sorry your CEO's didn't make enough millions to keep it on. Again, YOU SUCK FOX!!!

I loved this show. I can't believe fox dropped it especially since the season wasn't even finished. I'm really unhappy with them. They also dropped dads,enlisted, and rake. If fox kept those, I could watch fox almost exclusively. NOT COOL.

Surviving jack is the best Comedy series... Christopher Malone is one of the best actors to ever hit TV. Why cancel such a good show? Fox cancels all of the good s h shows im glad they decided to keep family Guy! But please bring back surviving jack it was a funny and heartwarming show that families and my family liked to watch.
