Fox has announced that its hour-long weekly sci-fi series Terminator: TSCC will not be renewed for a third season.

Although the show had amassed a loyal fanbase over the course of its run, its ratings were ultimately not strong enough for Fox to continue on with the show.

The move did not come as a complete surprise, as it was relegated to Friday nights midway through its second season, which is often not a good sign for an underperforming show.
