CBS has renewed its successful sitcom "The Big Bang Theory" for three more seasons. This multiyear renewal will see the show on the air through the 2013-2014 season, and is similar to that of the pickup the network gave to "Two and a Half Men" two years ago.

Yea right good comedy on this planet? I think the people in this country have been so dumped down by these reality tv shows and these horrible sitcoms that they actually think this is comedy. I guess when the bar has been lowered so far that you have shows like honey boo boo, cougar town, csi:wherever, real house wives of who cares garbage like this can pass as good humor and a hit sitcom.

I'm so thrilled that the network has the confidence to commit to a 3 year contract, I love the show, please add a love interest to Raj and advance the relationship for Sheldon
