FX has ordered up a second season of the freshman comedy.

FX has renewed freshman series Wilfred for a second season consisting of 13 episodes. The pick-up was a no-brainer for the network, as the Elijah Wood-led series has become FX's highest-rated first-season comedy ever, averaging 5 million viewers per week.
Wilfred premiered back in June and has so far aired seven of its 13 first-season episodes. The show is an adaptation of the critically-acclaimed Australian series of the same name, and follows a troubled young man who forms a unique friendship with his neighbor's dog, who appears to him as a man in a dog suit.
No timetable has been set for the show's Season 2 launch.

I think its funny, little inappropriate at times but funny no hilarious i found it on netflix couldn't stop watching. Its better than watching teen whores or 16 and knocked up.much funnier than any other show on that network ! I hope they can really bring it so they wont get canceled.

From the looks of it, it is not going to be picked up for a third season, just because they haven't renewed it yet and the ratings were not that great for the second season. Anyone know anything for sure?

i can relate to this show so much. my dog has saved me from depression. Only difference is i dont drive a bimmer. But i did finish college only to do jack****.

I love this show when I came on I'd take a few bong rips and enjoy the show can't wait for season 2 :)

I like this show, it's better than watching jersey whores or the K whores, it's dark and witty. If you don't like it, please feel free to push a button and watch something you like :)
