ABC Family has stated that a movie is close to development.

Fans of ABC Family series The Nine Lives of Chloe King were understandably upset when it was cancelled midway through its first season. But while the series may not continue on television, the network has gone on record to say that a movie to continue the story is a very real possibility.
"We are actually on the verge of putting a movie into development," ABC Family president Michael Riley told Zap2it. "For us, we are always looking at the intellectual property that we're capitalizing on and making sure there is opportunity".
So while nothing is quite official at this point, it does look like a Chloe King movie could actually see the light of day.

I really wish that they would have kept this show going...It was a great fantasy show and had me on my toes at every second! I love Pretty Little Liars and a lot of ABC Family's other shows, but this was there only supernatural/fantasy show and I think they really needed one of those and this was a great one. I really wish the movie happened... Also in case anyone is wondering what happened to brain in a interview with the writer after the show was cancelled they said brain was going to be in a magical like coma and Chloe's kiss (true loves kiss) was the only thing that would wake him up or something like that...

I absolutely LOVED Chloe King! was so sad to hear that they cancelled it! hopefully they go through with the movie!

i agree that should continue making more episodes of chloe king as well as Kyle XY those were fabulous shows..take off stupid stuff like the lying game..pretty little liars is also a great show so leave it alone...abc you need to realize witch shows are great and witch are stupid before you lose a lot of viewers..

Just discovered this show on Netflix instant play. Could hardly quit watching and then the last episode was a cliffhanger! I was so disappointed to find out it was canceled! I hope they go through with the movie.
