BET is bringing back the dramedy for another season.

BET has renewed The Game for a sixth season. It will be the show's third season on the network since moving from The CW in 2009.
Four episodes remain in Season 5, which is scheduled to air its finale on June 5, 2012, wrapping its 22 episode season. Another 22 episodes are expected for next season, but no premiere date has been announced as of yet.

I WILL REALLY MISS THE GAME DERWIN AND MELENIE THEY WERE MY FAVORITE PERSON IN THE SHOW IF THEY NOT BACK WHEN THE GAME IS STARTING THAT WILL BE REALLY SAD I JUST WANTED TO SAID PLZ COME BACK U TOO YALL ARE THE MOST CUTEST COPLE THEIR WE ALL WILL MISS U. :(

Pissed, pissed and more pissed!!! Please get it together BET. I had faith that The Game would NOT turn out to be lame. I am sad to see Derwin and Melanie's characters not returning but I still love the rest of cast and truely hope BET can resurrect the show because its dying a rapid death. Hell first character Kelly Pitts now this please get it together quit. Maybe BET need to rehire the CW writers. Its not fair for the other cast member to suffer.

Love the show, but if Melanie and Derwin character is cut, there is not much of a show. 80 percent of the viewers I think fell in love with the Game because of these two Character's. This show can get it ratings back if they spin it back on Melanie and Derwin( let them find there way back to love, Let Tasha Mack find love,Jason and Kelly need to work things out and Milek find love with the model. They problem need to look back on the first two season, that's when you could understand the story lines. But these last 2 season the story lines got way out of focus, Sometimes you got to stick with what works.I wish them well on next season.

this show sucks now because EBT turned it into a ghetto soap opera. When it was on the cw is was worth watching but now its just awful

Since Melanie and derwin is no longer gonna be on the show then the show should be axed because Tasha Mack can't hold the show on her own
