More executives will attempt go undercover at their companies.

CBS announced today that it has renewed Undercover Boss for a fifth season. The show will return for 2013-2014, where more executives will disguise themselves as regular joes in order to get a closer look at workings in their companies.
Today's announcement included renewals of a large portion of the CBS primetime line-up for the 2013-2014 season. Other reality series receiving pick-ups today include The Amazing Race and Survivor.
UPDATE: Season 5 of Undercover Boss premieres on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 8:00pm.

I love me Some Undercover Boss I have watched every Episode ! Best Reality Show & it Shows that these owners of these Companies understand & Appreciate there Employees ! God Bless Them & There Family's For Caring about there Employees , I Cry on every Show ' Lol Lol '

your 06/05/13 with the owner of diamond resorts is one of the best if not the best I have seen. A care for his employees person like him will recive more than the 100% from them , respect, pride and loyalty , what a joy working for diamond resorts.

You would think after this many seasons and how much money made they would be able to afford decent realistic looking disguises! If someone came to my work place looking like some of those bosses do, i would see through it in a second!

I can't understand how this show continues on. You expect me to believe nobody in the workplace has ever seen or heard of this show in 5 years. Your at work and a new hire shows up with a another person following him around (Cameraman) and nobody gets suspicious? Pullleeeeeze!!
