CBS has cancelled freshman series Golden Boy after one season. The police drama was a mid-season replacement that premiered in February, running for 13 episodes. The series finale airs May 14, 2013.

One of the few interesting, well acted amazing shows on tv & of course it gets cancelled. Never mind that there are horrible shows like the Carrie Diaries that get renewed. I used to love CBS, but I think I'll change over to ABC where they don't cancel good shows like Scandal, Revenge etc. I'm so angry right now!!!

What a terrible decision by CBS!!! Why not give the show more time? I'm done with this network.

I have to say I'm relieved this show got canceled. I was only watching it for the great Theo James, but it was such a chore to watch every week. All the characters were weak.
