Only the original CSI remains on the air.
May 10, 2013
CBS has cancelled CSI: NY after nine seasons on the air. The crime procedural was the third installment in the CSI franchise and ends one year after CSI: Miami was axed after its 10th season.
The original CSI: Crime Scene Investigation remains on the air, and will enter its 14th season in 2013-2014.

Seriously, where do you get the info to make these decisions? CSI NY is even better than the original and you go ahead an cancel it, I guess you need to make room for more reality crap.

Really bad blunder CBS! There are so many of your shows that don't deserve the light of day, but you cancel CSI New York. Great cast, great writing, great scenarios. How will this show be replaced... no doubt another inane "reality" show that is about as real as the genius of the execs that canceled CSI NY and left 2 1/2 Men on the air. Sad state of affairs at CBS.

I am sick and tired of you guys cancelling the "Two CSI'S. I have watched both of them from day one. What is wrong and why can't you just leave these shows alone. I am just so disappointed at "CBS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why can't you take off the reality shows? Those are so bogus. You take the good ones off and leave the bad ones on.

This show is so popular in England - the writing is superb, the acting is great and storylines are gritty and original. Me and my flatmate are so upset!! What a great loss!

CBS you're lucky I forgive, but it's going to take time. I can't believe you would leave crap on the air and get rid of an amazing show that kept me watching your network every Friday faithfully. I will miss CSI:NY because it was my favorite show, and thanks for breaking a young actors dream to be on it. That's your loss because I could have helped you gain some of the viewers you lost.

As I read previous comments; CBS is the real loser as NO ONE congratulates CBS for cancelling CSI:NY or any other of the truly GOOD shows. Sure leave us watching shows that use the word penis, talk of their life of sex, talk to their penis, show breasts, etc., etc. Speaks volumes to be as well CBS. YOU are NOT doing anything positive for your viewers or your standings among the other affiliates. The viewers are not blind, deaf or dumb...some one is, however.

Way to go CBS - cancel a drama that made sense - but keep some of the show that teaches language that no one should hear, Monday night 8 PM - 10 PM, and Two and Half Men. Guess will start watching another station. Hope one of the stations put CIS:NY on even in reruns.

Why would you cancelled CSI: NY but yet leave all those mindless reality shows on. CBS the only shows you have worth watching now are NCIS, NCIS: LA, Criminal Minds and BlueBloods! All else is mindless, shame on you CBS!!!!!!! What is happening over there at CBS!

Congratulations CBS. I will no longer be watching any new dramas on your channel. I will be forced to stick with premium channels. I recommend a showtime subscription. 4.5,7 & 9 can Bite Me!
