It is being reported that ABC Family has renewed Melissa & Joey for a fourth season. The network has ordered 20 new episodes of the series, which makes it their first comedy to reach the 100-episode mark.
Along with the Season 4 pick-up, ABC Family has topped up the third season to 20 episodes as well.

I have laughed at this show, but why is it on ABC Family? There was a c_unt joke in the FIRST EPISODE. Really, ABC?? You're going THERE in the PILOT?? Not that "family friendly" if you ask me.

I love this show so much! I have only seen the two first seasons :( when is season 3 and 4 coming out on netflix!!!!!!!!!

there have been other shows on abc family that have deserved this chance. why this awful show??? gotta wonder who's related to whom in the abc executive offices. seems that on their networks you cancel most good shows, save a few... and keep the so-so and no-no shows on the air.

I'm so happy about this!! Melissa & Joey is a rare treat. It's funny, witty, and family friendly. It doesn't rely on toilet humor to get the job done. Can't wait to see new episodes!
