The miniseries gets the quick axe.
January 13, 2014
ABC has removed new miniseries The Assets from its lineup after just two episodes. The show was originally scheduled to run for eight weeks, but a record-low debut for its premiere episode triggered an early cancellation.
In its place, Shark Tank reruns will air on Thursday nights in the 10:00pm time slot for the next three weeks.

showing 2 episodes and pulling it is plain wrong! Thats not even giving it a chance! There are so many channels and ways of view now that shows get missed and by time you find them they are gone!

This kind of historical miniseries needs several episodes to develop, ABC should have given it a chance. It is not like a fictional TV series where the pilot can be packed with shoot-em up action, love scenes, or exciting but inaccurate events. Indeed, the whole spy business in reality is a slow process of sifting through and disseminating information
