The Edie Falco dramedy gets another pickup.

Showtime announced today that Nurse Jackie has been renewed for a seventh season. Filming will begin later this year for a likely 2015 premiere.
Today's news comes ahead of the veteran dramedy's Season 6 premiere, which is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 9:00pm.

Do not like the show showing her using again and her daughter. Being a X medic I have seen to much drug usage and this show showing a nurse using Again upsets me. I know this is fiction and I do like the show but enough of the drug usage. MKL

Love this show so much glad we got at least another two seasons coming :) (I do agree a little tho about it just getting going then it's over but i don't mind, it's still great)

I like edie falco but I can't recommend this show, it's not long enough and each season is more boring. By the time anything gets going the season is over. Very surprised it was renewed. This is coming from someone who was once a fan. Time to let it go!
