It seriously sucks that they cancelled such an awesome show. Personally, I think that show could've gone really far. Eli Baker (Henry) is one of my friends and it blows to see his first TV show cancelled. I h8 NBC and the people who cancelled Growing Up Fisher

I love this program. It tells a short story, along with a few laughs. I always watch it. Pleast do not cancel.

Figures they would cancel this, it was too good... Must make room for more mediocre reality $#@!.
Every time I start to get into a great new show, these idiot execs pull the plug!

Wow, really? I find it hard to believe this is gone. Guess they have to make room for more garbage medical, singing dancing desperate single people semi reality crap.what a shame.

This is the ONLY show on NBC that my wife and I watch.
We would rate it right up there with Seinfeld when it was first introduced in the 90's. Growing Up Fisher was well written, had an excellent, dynamic cast of actors/characters and had a long future ahead of itself (or so we thought). But alas, the execs at NBC/Comcast will probably give us another reality crap show in it's time slot because it will be cheaper to produce.
Looks like we'll be going back to watching the old Seinfeld reruns in that time slot.
Note to NBC/Comcast Execs: You've ruined NBC (All Programming), The Weather Channel (Except for when there is a weather disaster brewing somewhere in the country),and CNBC (From 9AM on, except for the stock ticker, and especially the evening programming or lack thereof). Please don't change NBCSN until the Stanley Cup Playoffs are over. Then you can rerun the Sochii Olympic Games on an unending loop forever and ever!

I think the problem was this suppose to be a commedy and the channerl sell this like this one. But this was a weird mix. I loved About a Boy, but a turn off after this finished. This one was not a commedy to pair with this, and they had to sell in a different spot with another time of series. It was a very special comedy for a more limited public.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You keep the crap show infront of GUF but let THE GEM THAT GROWING UP FISHER IS GO? WTH is wrong with the excecs at NBC? I think other than Grimm and Hannibal, that does it for me and NBC.

With all of the crap on TV these days, it's sad that NBC would cancel such a fantastic show.

I seldom watch NBC anymore. This show and Grimm are 2 I can think of off the top of my head. Such a shame they do not give the smart shows a chance.
