Me and mY son started out watchin I Carly im34 years old andsam and cat was a show we both loved I love the show I laugh it taught me how to make sloppy waffles and It will be missed by me and my boy I hope to see them in more stuff and anybody that has bad stuff to say bout the show needs to know how a sock with butter in it feels

It was cancelled because of the suggestive photo scandal with the girl that played Sam. Jeez people.

Okay you people are all wrong about the show and about Ariana grande. First of all Ariana's voice on tv isn't her real voice , it could be annoying but it's in her character background which she needs to do. Ariana is sweet and kind and inoocent for anything has happened to Sam and cat. Jennette is the reason why they cancelled the show because she fake her friendship w Ariana grande and she's jealous of her and the fact Ariana's salary for the second season was bigger than her's. But there isn't a second season which I'm sad about a lot. Icarly, victorious , I party w victorious and Sam and cat to me is like all one big show. And everybody loves Dan Schneider's work on every show because he had big hits on every piece her worked on and I bet he loved it. But then they had to cancel Sam and cat which he's probably upset about and the show is basically a contiuation of the two shows he worked on and loved but when they ended it I be he just made Henry danger as a distraction in a way that he could have something in a way that he won't think about it. And cover up that he has had love working those nine years on icarly , victorious and Sam and cat together. I mad at the person whoever did cancel the show even though they had to.

Although this show wasn't as good as ICarly and Victorious, I am still sad this show got cancelled. The only shows I watch on Nickelodoen now are Spongebob and reruns of ICarly and Victorious.

Ariana's voice is not the reason why the show cancelled. Part of why I think it got cancelled was because Ariana is now becoming an international pop star. I don't think she wants to be in a kids show when she has grown and wants to do something else.

Yes, I heard that too about the salary issue. But it was one of their highest rated shows and with what else they are showing now, Haunted Hathaways, Thundermans, etc. Plus the new show they are promoting now about the superhero and a sidekick-none are good at all really. I will miss Sam and Cat-you would think Nickelodeon would do what they could to keep it on air. It had good shows since the network began, now its just really nothing. I won't watch it at all except the throwback episodes maybe lol. A lot of people are upset Sam and Cat won't be on anymore, its guest stars and random humor were good. Yes Grande's voice is annoying but she was good. She would rather sing, but after awhile I don't see her music career lasting long and then she will realize she was better on tv.

Sam and Cat was cancelled because of a salary dispute between Ariana Grande and Jennette McCurdy. Reportedly, Ariana was being offered considerably more money for season two than Jennette and this was an issue, as you can imagine, for Jennette McCurdy who was the primary star of the show.

Why is everybody saying Ariana Grande is the annoying one?
If anything they are cancelling the show because nickelodeon isn't the best network around lately.

I was a big fan of iCarly. Victorious was just OK. Ariana Grande definitely wasn't the best actress on Victorious. Elizabeth Gillies, who played Jade, should be the one with her own show. She was great on Victorious. Sam and Cat was just annoying, even with a talented and funny actress like Jeanette McCurdy (Sam) as the star. I don't think I made it through a whole episode. Maybe kids liked it, so it's still surprising they cancelled it. Hopefully Jeanette McCurdy gets a better gig soon.
