ABC Family announced today that Young & Hungry has been renewed for a second season. The freshman comedy recently wrapped a successful debut run of 10 episodes, ranking as basic cable's #1 telecast in its time period among Adults 18-34 and other key demographics. The show was also nominated for two Teen Choice Awards for Choice Summer TV Show and Choice Summer TV Star for Emily Osment's role.

Fantastic news! Really enjoyed the show, and Emily is such a funny girl, along with the actress who plays her roommate. Good choice ABC-Fam!

ABC Family where shows that are too bad for ABC go to die. I would rather watch a show on NBC before a show on ABC Family. And I never do that.

So the 6 people watching it (highest viewed show 18-34 on ABC family - only 4 people watched Mystery Girls) have THAT much pull??? Wow. I saw half of 1 episode... never cared to see any others. Horrible acting and just moronic story lines.
