The sophomore comedy will return in 2016.
August 19, 2015
ABC Family announced today that Young & Hungry has been renewed for a third season. The comedy has been enjoying a strong sophomore season, ranking as cable's #1 original series in its time period in key demographics.
The second half of Season 2 premieres tonight at 8:00pm, hoping to continue its viewership growth after its spring finale in May set a series high in adults 18-49.
Look for Season 3 of Young & Hungry to premiere in early-to-mid 2016.

It would have been cooler if they named it "youngry"

yes Friends did do it first.. and it WAS clever at the time... but they also didn't include the word "friends" in every title. Small thing but "The one with blah" is a bit different than "Friends with blah". The repetitive naming convention now REALLY helps see which sitcoms will suck. Just look at the first 3 episode titles. If they include the name of the show in them... the show itself won't be anything remotely original.

@Yup that reminds me of every Friends episode. "The one with......" for 10 years strait. At least Friends did that gimmick first and was a great show, can't say the same about the shows you just mentioned.

if the titles of the episodes are repetitive, then the scripts are repetitive... young and... young and... young and a lack of imagination... just like about a boy... about a... about a.. about a lack of creativity... or... kevin from work... from work.. from work... comatose from work.... This particular group of writers enjoys using the same words in every episode title. They probably think it's clever, but really it just shows lack of effort and most often the scripts reflect that same lack of interest. I don't know how this show made it to season 3. I catch it every now and then, watch 10 minutes then move on because it so cliche and unoriginal.
