To be fair, the writers/producers set this show up to play off The Walking Dead by starting the series with episode one in Georgia and the line "A cop in a prison a few miles away told us to head this way."

C'mon people. It's done by The Asylum! Of course it has lower production values and some low budget actors. At the same time, that's part of the reason that it's been renewed for a second season. It's inexpensive to make and so long as it gets decent ratings, it will be profitable for SyFy to run it. Sit back, enjoy the show and stop complaining.

I feel like people don't understand that this isn't the walking dead. Stop comparing every zombie themed show to the walking dead.

This show is horrible...they see how successful AMC is with WD so they trying to jump on the cash train..the zombies are horrible..know body wants to see a zombie running faster than the person its trying to eat and the "zombienado"was just a horrible idea..let's incorporate a sharknado scenario into every show now..I hope this gets canned soon..everybody is going to jump on the zombie train to where it gets burnt and there will be no more WD and other good zombie TV and movies...almost as bad as all those undead movies and so called sequels that get played on SciFi..d.o.t.d2 continuum is the worst movie ever made...Romero should sue over that one

yeah! This mindless violence and comedy with funny characters totally deserves to be backup for the walking deads' more somber serious tone.

REALLY hope they kill off the DJ Qualls character, "Citizen Z". That storyline is just moronic and he's a LOUSY actor. If they did that, and quit desaturating all the color, it might be a decent show, although it seems they are HEAVILY relying on the Walking Dead to provide background and framing.

Horrible show. Horribly written, Horribly acted. Just garbage. I've never deleted a show so fast.

This is really a bad show, but for some reason I keep watching it...I don't know why, I just think out of boredom,! ...but syfy makes much better shows then this. They should just cancel this one and give the budget to a show like haven, or defiance, or falling skies, all great shows.
