The drama gets two more seasons.
November 5, 2014
USA Network announced today that it has renewed Royal Pains for Seasons 7 and 8. Each new season will consist of eight episodes, which is its lowest episode count yet. The concierge doctor drama was last picked up in 2012, where it also received a two-season renewal. The show will hit a milestone during its eighth season when it reaches the 100-episode mark.
Look for Season 7 of Royal Pains in summer 2015, with Season 8 likely continuing the trend in summer 2016.

Great show. At least USA network won't just end the show with no finale like all the other ones do. Good work USA keep it up!!

Sweet! I like this show. That's a very short episode order tho. Maybe they'll end the show after season 8.
