HBO announced today that Veep has been renewed for a fifth season. The veteran Julia Louis-Dreyfus comedy continues to be a strong performer for the network, winning critical acclaim and maintaining healthy viewership numbers.

The show's fourth season premiered last night and will run through mid-June. Look for Season 5 to return in April 2016.
