CBS has renewed CSI: Cyber for a second season. The freshman procedural is the latest entry in the CSI franchise and stands to be the only one left as soon as next season. Rumors are the original CSI will be closing things out with a final 2-hour movie.
If CSI: Cyber is indeed the last entry left in the storied CSI franchise next season, it will have its work cut out for it if it wants to enjoy the success of its predecessors. Initial ratings have already waned and viewer response has been critical of the show's quality.

Sad thing is i actually watch this show to get laughs.. The acting is pure comedy to me. Just terrible characters smh .. But maybe i need to stop because its people like me that are keeping the show on the air LOL

I love the show! I have never liked Patricia Arquerre, but I can look past her. I'm not sure it will survive with Ted Danson. He's not who I would have put in that role at all. I definitely don't like him. The general public will never take him seriously and he's definitely not pleasant to look at

Absolutely love this show. Amazing storyline. I think that this show is for the over 40 group. Bring it back for several more seasons!!!

I like Patricia Arquette, but this show sucks. I mean it's worse than CSI New York and Miami put together. How this got renewed is a mystery. Maybe they can solve it with some make believe horse-s**t that doesn't exist in reality, just like their show.

Worse acting in years. Keeping this crap due to the "CSI" name is all this is. Cancel excellent shows like Forever, Stalker, and Battle Creek, but keep this?

I agree with most of the comments - this show is really bad. Poorly written, poorly acted, poorly directed, preachy, unbelievable and just not at all entertaining to me. The only plus I see is they must have brought back the "Transporters" from Star Trek given the way the characters move from one location to other that are separated by many miles.

I stopped watching this show because of Arquette. Not at all believable in the role and she is so annoying.

The Show sucks in so many ways. The total cast is a big flop. How can anyone take Dawson Creek boy idle seriously and a fat girl with mental problems. Then the supposedly computer geniuses are terrible at acting and the plots stink.
Yet they can cancel perfectly good shows. Mark Harmon should be ashamed of this show.
