It is being reported that ABC Family has cancelled Chasing Life after two seasons. The sophomore drama, based on the Mexican series Terminales, left viewers with a cliffhanger ending earlier this week that will now never be resolved.
While Chasing Life had its core of devoted followers, the show's ratings steadily fell throughout its run, with the recent finale pulling in series-low viewership numbers.

I'm furious usually I don't invest in shows cause I get hooked then they cancel my favorites but I really LOVED THIS ONE I EVEN RE-WATCHED it on NETFLIX! Then I find out it's cancelled! I'm done I'm watch on metallic from NOW on I am boycotting. If it's good enough to make it to NETFLIX then I'll watch it. They need TO GET A BETTER DEMOGRAPHIC ON WHO THEIR REAL AUDIENCE IS!

Why does Chasing Life Hate its fans? They left us with a cliffhanger. Were they trying to blackmail the network using the few fans they had? Bad form show bad form.

Wow way to be lame Chasing Life. You should not have left us a cliffhanger. You do not own abc, disney does. If they don't want to renew your show you THE SHOW are LEAVING US WITH A CLIFFHANGER not the network. Chasing Life hates its fans.

Love the show so much.
I too loved Leo but I love the whole cast. The actress playing April is amazing!

I can't believe this show was cancelled. It figures.
I need to stop watching shows on ABC Family.
They cancel great shows, while other shows keep the same plot lines for 5 seasons. Very sad.

I really connected with this show and I'm more than bummed. Really disappointed in this network move.

So very sad. I just hate this and find it unbelieveable that the show was going downhill. The networks tell us whatever they want but never actually prove it. I guess they think we all are idiots!

Can't believe they would cancel a show as great as this! Than their going to have the nerve to start looking at pilots for another great show to put on and than cancel.

I do not know why I should ever watch new shows...I like them and they get cancelled. As a RN I thought the cancer depiction was believable and with humanity.

I can't believe they're cancelling this wonderful show. Why won't networks give a show a chance anymore?? And to leave it with such a cliffhanger....ugh!!!
