CMT announced today that Party Down South is ending its run after five seasons. The reality show has had a solid run since its premiere two years ago, ranking as the network's highest-rated original series.
The fifth and final season of Party Down South premieres on Thursday, January 28.

Awwwwww it's a shame to see it ending. I truly enjoyed watching these youngins make fools of themselves. I guess Lyle Boudreaux will have to be a big Baboso off-camera now lol. I will honestly miss the girl who lives near me though.

Well, this was the only reason to ever turn to the CMT channel -- to watch low-class idiots drink and be low class. Guess there's no point to CMT at all now :)

I've only seen clips of this show on The Soup but wow was it trashy! Glad it's going away.
