No Season 3 for the period drama.

WGN America confirmed today that Manhattan has been cancelled after two seasons. The period drama, which followed events around the creation of the Manhattan Project in the 1940's, was the cable network's second original scripted series behind the still-airing Salem.
The show garnered its share of critical praise but failed to draw enough viewers during its run to sustain it any further. The final episode of Manhattan aired this past December.

Show was pretty good. Watched it with my parents. Not every episode kept my attention the whole way but not many shows do. I admit that there were times I wished they pursued different story lines. Maybe that was the problem.
