This show was not about being deaf or the deaf culture . It was about 2 girl and their families who were (hence the title) Switched at Birth. The fact that one of them was deaf was just part of the storyline. An interesting one though. I think this is a great show with great writing and amazing actors. I will miss it but do agree the story line can't go much further.

I quit watching this after the second season. It devolved from an interesting show about coping with deafness and the deaf culture to just another teen angst series.

I have watched this show from the beginning and I can say it's time. It has run its course and I would rather them go out on that high note before it gets to be way past its prime.

Disappointing but better to go out on a high note. After seeing Vanessa Marano in Gilmore Girls and now this, I'm interested in what she'll do next.
