Hulu announced today that The Path has been renewed for a second season. The freshman drama, which stars Aaron Paul and Michelle Monaghan, focuses on a family at the center of a controversial cult. The show premiered in March and was quick to earn praise from both critics and audiences alike.
The streaming service has been premiering a new episode each week, adhering to a more traditional release schedule rather than making all episodes available at once. Episode 7 releases today, with the final episode of the show's 10-episode first season scheduled for May 25.

Yay! I really like this show. I find myself actually excited to see the next episode. It's all very twisted. Those people are just insane. It's dark and Different.
As for it being slow... the one thing I did notice is that some of the scenes (especially when it's just dialogue) drag on foreeeeeeeeeeeeeeever.
