On the eve of its first season finale, Mr. Mercedes has been renewed by Audience Network for Season 2. The mystery drama is wrapping up a 10-episode debut run that garnered critical acclaim for its eerie and taut storytelling along with its strong character portrayals.
Based on Stephen King's bestselling novel, Mr. Mercedes follows a retired detective who is being taunted by a serial killer with a series of explicit letters and emails. This forces him into a private, and potentially illegal, crusade to bring his twisted tormentor to justice before he can strike again.
Look for Season 2 of Mr. Mercedes in 2018 with another 10 episode run.

Interesting portrayal of characters, thrillling and well played, not boring at all... but it was certainly depressing to watch so much perversion

If you aren't sure where it will go from here, read the books. If they follow the books, Brady vill be back in Season 3.

One of the best shows on TV. I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone could find this boring. So glad we are getting a second season!

Excellent, so glad to hear, this is by far the best show on the Audience Network to date, good to see they'll be keeping the showrunners on and also Stephen King. Season 2 should follow book 2 Finders Keepers, but we'll see.

Not sure where it could go from here since it was a book, unless another book or part of the other books will be done. I thought it was good. My friend says she was bored with it, but I felt it was enough to keep you tuned in week after week wanting the mf to get caught.
