More episodes ordered for the Matt LeBlanc comedy.
November 27, 2017
CBS gave out some good news to Man With A Plan today, topping up its Season 2 episode count by nine to make it a full season of 22. The comedy premiered last fall as Matt LeBlanc's first return to network television since his career-making turn as Joey Tribbiani on Friends and its subsequent spin-off Joey.
The half-hour series had a fairly solid premiere season, and while its first half had a better showing than its second, it established itself as a reliable performer on Monday nights. We're just two episodes into its sophomore run, and its ratings are so-far about the same as where it left off last season.
Man With A Plan stars LeBlanc as a married man with three young children. His work as a contractor has seen his wife taking on most of the child-rearing responsibilities, but when she decides to go back to work, he must adjust to his new role as a stay-at-home dad.

The best thing I can say about this show is... it's better that other shit on CBS. Essentially it's the hard, crusty, easily picked up, no longer smelly piece of crap.

"Man with a Plan" rocks! Busting a gut laughing at the comedic acting skills and set-ups.
I really question how the suits-in-charge held it back until they killed another show. I also came in to "Man with a Plan" kinda grumpy since we loved "Me, Myself and I", but forgave the show. It wasn't to blame for idiots in head office.

Freds right this show is unoriginal. And BAD. Soon joey they are just going to straight use scripts from the 90's.
Everybody craps on Kevin Can wait, but once they see what the long plan they will get it. That one is going to have The head of the detective agency find the wifes killer. In the end it is going to be Kevin of course... not, it is going to be the wife. She is not dead and is in hiding. That show is planing something. That or they are just going to give up and move to a borough in new york.

I quit watching Kevin Can Wait when they killed off the wife. I like this show and Liz as the wife. My only issue is I have to DVR this and Superior Donuts due to their time slot. They should have put "Man" in the 8pm time slot and Superior Donuts at the 8:30 time slot and get rid of KCW and 9JKL (or whatever its called). Just my opinion.

Glad someone agrees. Figured I would get angry responses from my comment. ^^

Plop. I had the same thought. I stopped watching both shows. If they swapped wives I would still be watching Man With A Plan. IMO Joey was better.

This show and Kevin Can Wait both had unrealistic wives. They should have switched the wives actually. It isn't realistic that a fatty like Kevin James could have landed such an attractive wife on a police man's salary, and he would have been better suited with the Delta Burke looking monster they paired up LeBlanc with.

My husband and I like this along with superior donuts. We crapped out on Kevin can wait after the goofy storyline change with getting rid of the wife and gaining a co worker. They should've kept wife and did her part time or Leah remini part time. We like the wife on man with a plan and she was also on yes dear Cbs show from years ago

I love Man with a Plan & I like it much better than Kevin Can Wait. A lot of laugh out loud moments on Man with a Plan.
