The wrestling comedy will continue in 2019.

Netflix announced today that GLOW has been renewed for Season 3. The good news, which was posted on the show's official Twitter account, comes two months after the release of its second season.
Like Season 1, the comedy's sophomore run was again met with critical praise for its smart, but campy, storytelling and its strong ensemble cast. The show is also up for a variety of awards at this year's Emmys, including a nomination for Outstanding Comedy Series.
Based around the 1980s phenomenon "Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling", GLOW stars Alison Brie as Ruth Wilder, an actress in Los Angeles who, in an attempt to keep her dream of stardom alive, takes a gig portraying a female wrestler on a TV show. This thrusts her into the world of wrestling stardom alongside a group of Hollywood misfits, lead by a washed-up B-movie director who joins them on their journey to fame.
The streaming service has ordered another 10 episodes for Season 3 of GLOW, which will likely return in the summer of 2019.

This show sucks! Another shitty Netflix show.
I'd be nihilistic if it mattered

Wonder if they realize chances are Season one was watched by many due to Brie's first nudity on screen.. and most likely season two was watched in the hopes of more. Not sure how long they can sustain a show based upon that. Season one was decent, different, and good. Season two was really unremarkable in every way.

Excellent news! Absolutely love this show. The story, the cast, the setting (80s!), the music are all awesome.

A weird and funny program and the characters have this chemistry amongst each other that just works. Was hoping this would get renewed for Season 3 and looking forward to seeing what happens in Vegas.

I can't even believe I started watching this show, but I love it. I especially love the actor who portrays the washed up B-movie producer. He makes the show.

VERY happy to hear this. The second season was even better than a good first season, which is rare nowadays. I really got into the characters the second season and when a certain accident happened later in the season I was literally numb in shock watching it. That is good TV. You care what happens to the characters.
