A comedy following an unemployed actress who joins a female wrestling league.
Based around the 1980s phenomenon "Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling", this series follows Ruth Wilder, an actress in Los Angeles struggling to get steady work. In an attempt to keep her dream of stardom alive, Ruth takes a gig portraying a female wrestler on a TV show.
She is now thrust into the world of wrestling stardom alongside a group of Hollywood misfits, lead by a washed-up B-movie director who joins them on their journey to fame.

Why did they make season 3 all about homosexuality and drag shows??? They completely lost the characters and storylines for the most part. Won't be disappointed if they cancel it after season 3.. 3 was a horrible train wreck of a season.

Just finished binge watched it over the past couple of days, really enjoyed it. Glad it is coming back.
