The Dwayne Johnson dramedy will continue in 2019.
September 6, 2018
HBO announced today that Ballers has been renewed for a fifth season. The good news, which comes midway through the dramedy's Season 4 run, ensures the show will hit at least the 50-episode mark.
Ballers stars Dwayne Johnson, in his first scripted series lead, as an ex-football player-turned-financial manager for current players in Miami. New episodes are currently airing Sundays nights.
Look for Season 5 to premiere in mid-2019.

agreed.. dead boring season... it's more than half over and nothing of note has taken place. They've clearly run out of ideas and it's now just a (bad) soap opera.

.. I thought they cancelled Entourage years ago... did people ask for a Black Entourage??? I detest Russell Brand... and the current season is all about him. Bring back Ariel Kebbel!!!!

Meh. shows average at best, expected much better from the cast. Watched first 3 seasons. Had some good moments but far to little in comparison to the weaker aspects. Season 3 was a complete filler season that lost my interested in going back. Happy for the guys who still enjoy the show.
Goes to show: the rock + Meh (still) = $$$
just smell the money the rock is cooking.
P.S. Love the rock, just enjoy his stuff and respect to who his business savvy man made a killing last year.
