ABC has reportedly added four additional episodes to the first season of A Million Little Things, bringing its total up to 17. Considered to be a full-season top-up, the order size is close to the three additional episodes fellow rookie Manifest got from NBC last week.
The hour-long series follows a group of Boston friends who have known each other for 10 years since unexpected circumstances brought them together. Since then, they have all ended up feeling stuck in their lives for better or worse. After one of them unexpectedly passes away, it acts as a wake-up call for the others in the group to finally start living their lives to the fullest.
Through its first five episodes, A Million Little Things has garnered decent ratings in the 10:00pm time slot on Wednesday nights. It has been pulling in a steady 0.8 overnight rating among adults 18-49 in the weeks following its premiere, which garnered a 1.1.

Loving this show. Actually enjoying it more than “This is Us” right now, it seems a little more grown up than this is us. I loved “Thirty something” and “Brothers and Sisters” because I enjoy shows about everyday people and their lives.

My mom and I are pretty happy about this one. I mostly started watching because of James Roday and I like him in the role.

I, too, went straight into the second episode after the first one's ending. I am now hooked. The subject matter is a bit glum, but that's life, but it's balanced out by the closeness of the friends. I'm a big fan of David Giuntoli--he was so great in Grimm. Plus, I absolutely love the Boston shots--can't beat that.

If you're not interested or watching the show why bother commenting on it? So everyone else knows you don't care about it. Guess what....no one cares you don't care about the show.

I've stored it, watched 1st episode, was also waiting to see its fate, but I'm not sure a Top off is enough to get me invested, as I would hate to see it end after season 1 and with all the mixed reviews I just don't know how it will go. But I am glad it got topped off, I may start to watch what I have.
