No Season 3 for the cable drama.

It is being reported that Syfy has cancelled Happy! after two seasons. The not-so-happy news comes just days after the drama's sophomore finale, which now acts as its series-ender.
The show was generally well-received over the course of its run, amassing a core fanbase appreciative of its unique concept and gritty storytelling that stayed true to the source material on which it is based. But its ratings took a hit in Season 2, dipping to levels that likely sealed its fate.
Adapted from the graphic novel of the same name, Happy! stars Christopher Meloni as a corrupt ex-cop who now works as a hit man who spends his days intoxicated and adrift in a world of casual murder, meaningless sex, and betrayal. After a job goes awry, his life is forever altered by a small, relentlessly upbeat, imaginary blue winged horse, who is voiced by Patton Oswalt.

Such a pity... Season 1 was amazing. Season 2 was a bit more of a struggle to get through but I never read the source material, still it was unique and fresh which is rare in today's shows. Meloni was superb in it.

It seems like the syfy channel should be cancelled. They can't seem to finish anything. I loved this show it is so funny and unpredictable.

Seen it coming. LOOOOVED season 1. This season lost me when aliens came into play. Still have last 4 episodes on DVR. Probably won't watch them. Such a shame since season 1 was amazing!

It was so wacky. And i would say even the far better tv show "preacher' has only one season left. Scy fy and horror rarely last on tv , only supernatural was able to pull off a long run on u.s tv. But even I had trouble getting through this season. It was just so over the top and that's saying something.

Bummer, show looked interesting and was in my backlog. Still going to watch it though as it looks worth it but can anyone comment on season 2 ending, satisfying or major cliffhanger?
