The sci-fi drama will be back for Season 2.
October 17, 2019
The CW has announced that Pandora has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes two weeks following the sci-fi drama's freshman run.
Set in the year 2199, the series follows a resourceful young woman who finds a new purpose at Earth's Space Training Academy, where she learns to defend the galaxy from alien and human threats. When secrets about the nature of her identity come to light, she must uncover the truth and decide whether she will be humanity’s savior or the instrument of its destruction.
Look for Season 2 of Pandora in 2020.

I'm still waiting on a season 3 update!!! I read the show is moving to a different network??? I'm very annoyed by the lack of details... I have to stream season 1 and season 2 is on my dvr hibernating!!! The story was getting interesting, but getting very impatient waiting for a season 3 update!!! Should I give up and stream a completed series or wait a little longer??? BTW, since there is a pandora app, it is Really tricky to web search for updates!!!

Wasn't sure about a season 2, but so glad to have one. I enjoy this show. I also really like how they are spreading out to other places and adventures.

This show reminds me of like a modern day babylon 5 With low budget production and a some what shotty first season that can/will hopefully do better in season 2

Glad to see the show renewed. It started out slow and confused, with the plot jumping all over the place. The sci-fi took a backseat to all the romances at first.
But over its first season the show settled down, put most of the "high school" romances in the background, and the two episode season-ender was exciting.

I'm happy for the renewal and everyone involved; it started slow but that's what happens to give the characters some depth. Especially enjoy performances from Atria, Jax and Ralen. Season developed well as the storyline became more complex and less obvious. Best wishes for season 2: I'll be watching!

Tried it.. hated it... really moronic writing from my viewpoint.

Rather surprised by the renewal but pleased to hear. The overall story is interesting, but the all over the place romances are a nightmare and the writing of many of the characters (specifically Xander) is terribly inconsistent. Here’s hoping they iron out most of the kinks by season 2 because the series has potential.

“it's about time we had a Sci-Fi show on the air.”
I’m missing something because I do not understand that ^?

A Millennial's version of "Star Wars" (IMHO) - it's about time we had a Sci-Fi show on the air.
