Apple TV+ has announced that Dickinson will be returning for a second season. The good news comes less than a week after the period dramedy's premiere on the new streaming service, which itself launched alongside the show on November 1.

The series stars Hailee Steinfeld as rebellious young writer Emily Dickinson. As she comes of age in the 19th century, Emily is determined to become the world's greatest poet while surrounded by the era's constraints of society, gender, and family.
