CBS announced today that FBI: Most Wanted has been renewed for a second season. The good news comes the day after the procedural drama's freshman finale, which ended up airing a few weeks early due to a production shutdown following the COVID-19 pandemic.
The series premiered in January as a spin-off of the popular FBI, which was picked up for Season 3 today. Like its parent show, FBI: Most Wanted has been a strong performer for the network, ranking as this season's top new drama.
FBI: Most Wanted follows the Fugitive Task Force, which relentlessly tracks and captures the most-notorious criminals on the FBI's Most Wanted list. Veteran agent Jess LaCroix and his highly-skilled field team pursue those who are desperately working to elude being brought to justice.
