CBS announced today that FBI: Most Wanted has been picked up for a third season. The good news comes in the midst of the procedural drama's sophomore run, and comes with word that the original FBI has been renewed as well, plus an additional spin-off - FBI: International - is on the way next season.
The Dick Wolf franchise has been picking up steam as of late, becoming one of the fastest-growing brands on television. Since its premiere last year, FBI: Most Wanted has been a reliable performer for the network on Tuesday nights.
FBI: Most Wanted follows the Fugitive Task Force, which relentlessly tracks and captures the most-notorious criminals on the FBI's Most Wanted list. Veteran agent Jess LaCroix and his highly-skilled field team pursue those who are desperately working to elude being brought to justice.
