The UFO investigation drama will not return for Season 3.
May 7, 2020
It is being reported that History has cancelled Project Blue Book after two seasons. The sad news comes six weeks after the drama's sophomore finale, which now acts as its series ender and unfortunately leaves the story unresolved.
Based on real-life top-secret investigation files, the series follows brilliant college professor Dr. J. Allen Hynek, who is recruited by the U.S. Air Force in 1952 to lead a clandestine operation that researches cases of UFO-related phenomena. Together with Air Force Captain Ed Ruppelt, the two face the prospect that Earth may be being visited and that they could be pawns in a nationwide disinformation operation.
Along with Project Blue Book, History has also cancelled Knightfall. This leaves the cable network with no ongoing scripted fare, as its last remaining series, Vikings, is currently in its final season.

So I see Legomasters was renewed but this was cancelled ??? Come on !! Also these showrunners have got to stop playing Russian Roulette with cliffhangers unless they are certain that they will at least receive a half order to resolve the series.

Love Project Blue Book and think History made a big mistake in not opting for season 3. It was the best show they had. If nothing else, we fans will do our best to get it picked up another network. #SaveBlueBook! There's also a petition at https://www.change.org/p/netflix-save-project-blue-book-the-tv-series

Really good show for a drama. Some expect it to be absolute fact. There is no such animal. Fictionalize moments & it holds the average person's interest. Besides, maybe it really isn't fiction after all. No one knows. Absolutely NO ONE!!!
