BET has announced that Season 7 of Tyler Perry's House of Payne will be making its premiere in just a matter of weeks on September 2. Off the air for eight years after being cancelled by original network TBS, the comedy will be back on a new home network with its original cast.
The series follows retired fire chief Curtis Payne and his wife Ella living with their family in one house in suburban Atlanta, Georgia. Picking up five years after the show left off, the family continues to navigate life's problems with their quirky modern-day clan.

I am so happy House of Payne is coming back on. This is a good family show. I'm watching reruns now at 6am every morning. I love House of Payne. Thank you Tyler Perry for back a great TV show.

I'm so glad Mr. Perry is bringing House of Payne back and I look forward to the new show, Assisted Living! I hope he brings back Hattie too! She reminds me so much of my 100-something year old grandmother
