No Season 3 for the sci-fi drama.
August 26, 2020
It is being reported that Netflix has cancelled Altered Carbon after two seasons. The sad news comes six months following the release of the sci-fi drama's 8-episode sophomore run. There was also a prequel anime film released in March.
Based on novels by Richard K. Morgan, the series takes place hundreds of years in the future, in a society that has been transformed by technology in completely new ways. Human bodies are interchangeable and consciousness can be digitized and transferred from body to body, making death a temporary inconvenience.

Enjoyed the first season. Tried two or three times to get into the second season but could not.

I mean with solid shows like Teenage Bounty Hunters how could they not focus on more shows like that. This was a no-brainer for Netflix.

Netflix has this thing they believe in that audiences get bored with a series after 2 or 3 series so that's one reason why they hardly ever make more then that.
Not being funny that is their view.

God I am getting tired of them cancelling good shows. First it was the main networks, now Netflix.
